West Bikes has partnered with Fox, Cannondale and RockShox to provide factory warranted suspension services to protect your bike and ride quality. To best maintain the performance and durability of your bike under normal use, West Bikes recommends that you have regular fork and shock maintenance performed according to the following manufacturer recommendations. 

Suspension Fork Tune

Thorough inspection of fork for damage and/or wear.

Complete tear down and rebuild of damper, including new seals and oil.

New dust wipers and foam rings.

New air piston and air piston seal.

Rebuild system with new seals and oil (if applicable).

Fork bushings will be replaced when necessary.

Rear Shock Tune

Thorough inspection of shock for damage and/or wear.

Complete disassembly and rebuild of damper, including new seals, oil, and nitrogen recharge (for models requiring nitrogen charge).

New air seals (if applicable/required).

New Eyelet Hardware is available upon request at an additional charge.

If damage is detected on the fork or rear shock while in the process of is severely damaged and requires replacement parts that will exceed original estimate. A West Bikes service tech will call you with a revised estimate for your approval prior to additional work being started.

*For those who ride lift-accessed DH, Park, or Extreme Freeride or in extremely wet/muddy or dry/dusty environmental conditions where trail debris is sprayed onto the fork or shock while on the trail, riders are encouraged to perform maintenance earlier than recommended above as needed. If you hear, see, or feel something unusual, stop riding immediately and contact an Authorized Suspension Service Center for proper servicing.

Pro Tip: To maintain a level of performance achieved by Factory Pro Riders, more frequent maintenance than suggested above can be performed, if desired.
