 Tighten all brake/shift levers, stem bolts, bars, seat/seat post, accessories

 

 True / tension wheels

 

 Check drop out alignment

 

 Inspect and adjust brakes

 

 Inspect and calibrate front and rear derailleurs

 

 Secure crank arms and pedals

 

 Inspect and lubricate brake and shift cables, replace if warranted

 

 Inspect and adjust bottom bracket and hubs

 

 Air tires to specifications

 

 Wipe down rims, spokes and hubs

 

 Test ride
